يُرد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع: على البطاقة عبر Paymob، أو بتحويل بنكي لنفس الحساب. يتم التنفيذ خلال 14 يوم عمل، وقد يستغرق ظهوره في حسابك وقتاً إضافياً حسب البنك.
رسوم البنك أو التحويل التي لا نتحكم فيها قد تُخصم من المبلغ المرتد في حالة التحويل البنكي.
5. بياناتك بعد الإلغاء
يبقى حسابك متاحاً للقراءة والتصدير 30 يوماً بعد انتهاء الاشتراك، ونسلّمك نسخة كاملة من بياناتك (Excel/CSV وPDF) بدون مقابل. بعد ذلك تُحذف البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
We want you to subscribe with confidence, so you start with a free trial and can cancel at any time. Here are the rules, plainly.
1. Before you pay
The free trial is a full 60 minutes, needs no card, and never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
Guest mode is available at any time to explore the system with sample data.
2. Cancelling
You can turn off renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription, or by e-mailing [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the full service continues until then.
There is no cancellation fee.

Not refunded; the service continues to the end of the year.
Setup and training fee
Not refunded once setup is done; fully refunded if you cancel before it starts.
We end the service through no fault of yours
We refund the unused period.
Duplicate or mistaken charge
Refunded in full as soon as it is confirmed.
Downtime beyond the agreed availability
Credit on your next invoice, as set out in the subscription agreement.
4. How refunds are paid
Request a refund at [email protected] with your business name and invoice number.
We reply within 3 working days.
The money goes back the way you paid: to your card through Paymob, or by bank transfer to the same account. We process it within 14 working days; your bank may take longer to show it.
For bank transfers, bank or transfer fees outside our control may be deducted from the amount returned.
5. Your data after cancelling
Your account stays available to read and export for 30 days after the subscription ends, and we give you a full copy of your data (Excel/CSV and PDF) free of charge. After that the data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
